What happens after the 30-day trial?
After your trial ends, choose either the Monthly or Annual plan to continue. Your data and configuration are preserved. If you don't upgrade, access is paused until you subscribe.
Can I change plans or adjust seats anytime?
Yes. You can add seats instantly (prorated for the current billing cycle) or reduce seats at the next billing cycle. Switch between Monthly and Annual plans at any time.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is anyone in your organization who needs firewall access through eCloudAccess. Organization admins and owners who manage settings also count as users.
Which cloud providers are supported?
eCloudAccess currently supports AWS (EC2 Security Groups and Lightsail Firewall) and DigitalOcean. More providers are on the roadmap.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. Start with one user and scale as your team grows. When upgrading from a trial, the minimum seats match your current active user count.
How does billing work for the annual plan?
The annual plan is billed at $36 per user per year (equivalent to $3/user/month) — a 40% savings compared to the monthly plan. You're billed upfront for the year.
What about the self-hosted option?
